National Forum Proceedings (pdf)
The Forum Proceedings document the plenary sessions, keynote address, and workshop reports from the Forum. The Forum was a planning summit for executing the strategies and recommendations of the Initiative's Implementation Plan. The report presents the course of action set forth by Forum participants to achieve a national, interdisciplinary vision for environmental health outreach to health care providers. The three workshop reports: educational settings, practice settings, and resources and tools detail the recommendations and specific strategies raised by Forum participants.
